What’s your Story?

I have been life coaching since 2009 in the areas of resilience and purpose and love seeing people reach their potential. I started broadcasting in 2016 after my late father’s diagnosis of vascular dementia I found the health and wellbeing show a way to contribute to the health and wellbeing arena when I felt so out of control watching my late father suffer. The show has helped me as well as our listeners.

What do you enjoy most about working in Radio?

It’s an opportunity, a platform to make a difference. I love it when some feedbacks to me that a certain interview made a difference or that the music uplifted them. I make a concerted effort to choose the music that’s aired on the show. A lot of commercial music include words such as death, suicide, fear – that’s the opposite of what the show is about. It’s a lot of work to put in but worth it.
