Formerly known as Westwood Jazz, Jazz-a-matazz was formed in 2008 and has now, recently, collaborated with Solihull Jazz. Previously, Jazz-a-matazz used to host live jazz sessions for 12 successful years however, following the Covid-19 pandemic, they now share venues with Solihull Jazz.
They now meet every Sunday of every month at alternate venues. On the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month, they meet at the newly refurbished Eastern Green Social Club, Church Lane, Coventry, CV5 7BX and on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month, they meet at the newly refurbished Broomfields Hall, Union Road, Solihull, B91 3DH. At both venues, the sessions take place between 12:30pm and 3pm.There is an entry fee of £10 and everyone is made very welcome. People may arrive as a new face or as a newcomer to jazz, but you will be sure to go away with great memories and some very precious friends.
